If you are looking to return or exchange your order we  are here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Email us at info@storiesofthesoil.com with your order details and the item you wish to return.
2. We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
3. Your credit will reflect back automatically two weeks after the item is collected back and quality check is done.
4. In case of Cash on Delivery, we can offer you a store credit of the refunded amount which will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
