Payments 

We accept Credit Card and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments in AED.
Payment must be made in full and have been cleared before the item is shipped, or at the time of delivery in the case of COD. If you are having any issues with payments, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you in any way we can.
 

WITHIN UAE

We deliver all over the United Arab Emirates and we offer a standard shipping rate of AED 25 per delivery across UAE. 
Please allow up to 3 days maximum for delivery! 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please contact us at info@storiesofthesoil.com if you would like to make a purchase and get it delivered outside UAE. We will let you know the exact shipping charges as it varies with package weight and dimensions.
We are pleased to offer our customers competitive rates for international deliveries on most products. We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible, however, please note most items will take between 14 - 21 working days to reach you. 
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stories of the Soil is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
